A true Yankee at heart, Katlynn moved to the Bluegrass after college to pursue a career within the equine industry.  Immersed in a slower, farm driven, southern culture her fascination with sustainability and a more natural lifestyle began to flourish.

Out of an obsession with backyard “farming” and the local lifestyle, Bluegrass Backyard was born.
